If you have been scammed, or someone you care about has, you are not alone and it is not your fault. This is a secure place to tell an investigative unit what happened, answer their questions and send them what you have.
How it works
- Create an account with your email address. You can stop and come back at any time: what you write is saved as you go.
- Tell us what happened, in your own words. Answer what you can; skip what you do not know.
- Add what you have: screenshots, receipts, bank statements, chat exports.
- Send it. You get your own copy by email. An investigator may write to you here.
Our promise to you
- When you press send, what you wrote and your files are locked so only the investigative unit can open them. We cannot read them after that, and we delete our copy.
- Our emails and notifications never say what your report is about, so nobody looking at your phone learns anything.
- Nobody else can see your account. We never share your details with the people who contacted you.
- You can delete your account whenever you want.

If you are in danger or money is leaving your account right now
Call the emergency number (112 in Europe) and your bank straight away. A bank can sometimes stop a payment made in the last day or two.
